Ezekiel 36:26
I will give you a new heart and a new mind. I will take away your stubborn heart of stone and give you an obedient heart.
Heavenly Father, Sprinkle your pure water upon me so that I may get a new heart, new spirit and new mind.
This does not mean a physical heart. It means God changes your inner nature, desires, attitudes, and priorities. A heart of stone represents a person who has become spiritually hard or resistant. God is saying: “I can remove that hardness of the heart.”
God’s Spirit works within you, helping you develop the desire and ability to live according to God’s ways. This means obedience becomes the fruit of God’s work inside you.
